Ezekiel Udoh sentenced to Life imprisonment over sexual abuse of a 12-year-old girl

 Ezekiel who is a wash operator was prosecuted on Oct. 29, 2024, by Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence court for impregnating his neighbour’s 12 year old granddaughter and sentenced to Life imprisonment.

At 25, she has already filed a complaint over the online harassment she faced during the Paris Olympics. The International Olympic Committee has stated it is “saddened” by the abuse Khelif has encountered since the Games.

A court in Rwanda sentenced beauty queen Divine Muheto to a three-month suspended sentence for drink-driving and driving without a license. She was also fined 190,000 Rwandan francs ($140; £109) after crashing her car into a pylon and palm tree while returning home from a bar in Kigali

Juma, a 38-year-old mother of two, has been coaching for over 20 years and holds the Confederation of African Football’s A license. Inspired by Carlo Ancelotti and Mikel Arteta, she aims to implement a possession-based style. Initially, she didn’t see her appointment as a gender milestone, believing it should be viewed as normal. “Gender should not be a barrier,” she stated, emphasizing that she expects to be judged on her performance, not her gender.

The government acted to protect the country’s image, as the scandal has been shaking the long-standing administration since the videos surfaced last week.

Somali men at UN Women’s Conference Causes Uproar 

Concerns have emerged on social media after Somalia’s Family Minister, Gen Bashir Mohamed Jama, posted photos with a male delegate at a UN meeting on women’s issues.
