Children have the right to protection

Children’s rights need to be protected. They are targeted by abuse such as violence and discrimination. Sexual abuse is underreported in Kenya and is often inflicted by family members and acquaintances. Journalist Caroline Katana reports on the experiences young girls fighting against violence in the home face.
