This year, Kenya’s government launched its county action plan to localise the country’s national action plan on women, peace and security which covers 2022 to the year 2024. Caroline Katana reports on the most prominent insecurities women face in Kenya and speaks with locals to hear what solutions need to be implemented urgently in their communities to ensure security.
