Journalist Caroline Katana speaks with Anzadze Shobo about disability rights in Kenya. Living with a disability Ms Shoba understands the gaps in policies and wants to change this. With her passion for women’s development, participation and safety for all, she expresses how she wants to see the Kenyan government implement policies for persons with disability that secures their safety and security.
