Rehab Eldalil
Born in Cairo, Egypt, Rehab Eldalil is a documentary photographer and visual storyteller. Her work focuses on the broad theme of identity
explored through collaborative approaches, transforming subjects into collaborators. Her ongoing long-term project, "The Longing of the Stranger Whose Path Has Been Broken", was shortlisted for the Catchlight fellowship 2020 and granted Magnum Foundation’s Arab Documentary Photography Program 2020. Since receiving her photography MA with distinction from Falmouth University, UK she has been focusing on documenting the Bedouin community’s responses and resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the award from the National Geographic Society’s Emergency grant for Journalists 2020. Based in Egypt, she is currently a student in the Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism Program at the International Center of Photography in New York.
